Piotra 4 Apartments is a unique residential development situated in a one-of-akind area of Gdynia. It is known for its post-industrial ambience that appeals to those seeking the vibrant atmosphere of cities like Berlin or Copenhagen.

We knew we needed to take a different approach to promote this distinctive development. Instead of relying on typical realistic visualisations, we opted for illustrations to set Piotra 4 apart from the crowd.

This unconventional marketing strategy helped us emphasise the project’s unique character, generating significant interest among prospective buyers.
